4000 Per Couple

1. Use of all resort facilites like swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor garden area.
2. All meals would include lunch, dinner and next day breakfast.
3. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Check In 1200 Noon and Check Out next day 10 Am.

• Out Door Games.

• Children play Park.
• Natural Water falls (Only in Monsoon)
• Mountain Trekking can be done within / close to resort area (on own).
• Indoor games (Chess Board, Carom Board, Housie,UNO and Dart Games)
• Car Parking
• Breakfast: Two courses of Breakfast, bread, butter jam, one egg item & Tea / Coffee.
• Buffet Lunch: 1 veg starter, 1 Non Veg Main Dish. , 2 Veg Main Dish, Dal , Roti , Rice , Salad , Raita , Papad & Pickle , 1 Dessert.
• Evening Tea with Biscuits: Tea / Coffee & one snack.
• Sight seeing close by drivable distance (Kondana Caves, Emu Farm, Palasdari Dam) road assistance will be provided.

1. 3.09 % Govt Service Tax applicable on total booking amount.
2. 100 % advance payment required to confirm booking.
3. 3.5 % credit card charges will be applicable if payment made by our online credit card gateway.
4. For guest convience they can deposit or transfer funds in our ICICI / HDFC / SBI Bank account.
5. Payments via cheque can also be made and same can be sent to us via courier to our office address.
6. Confirmation vouchers are issued upon receipt for full payments only (subject to realisation of cheque).

1. Any booking cancelled 07 days before check-in date - 25% charged.
2. Any booking cancelled within 07 days of check-in date - 50% charged.
3. Any booking cancelled within 03 days of travel date - 100% charged.
4. No refund for any no-show and rooms for same would be free to sell.
5. No refund given due to short stay or early check-out or cancellations taken for any weekend, prime dates or long connecting weekends.(all cancellations are taken in written and refund are issued via cheque after deducting the govt service tax)
